The Bible conferences and youth camps can only be carried out in an orderly manner when they are held on a fenced plot with dormitories which can be supervised, especially during youth camps. We know from experience that great difficulties and disorder will be the result when there is a lack of building structure and supervision. It is through one-time investments that it is possible to hold regular Bible conferences, systematic Bible studies, and family conferences and youth camps for brothers, sisters and young people.
